Condition: Items should be returned in their original state. While pieces modified by Sea Dreams are eligible for a refund, those altered externally or showing damage might not be.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we aim to process refunds within 24 hours to the original mode of payment. Do note, certain payment methods can take between 3-7 days to reflect in your account.

International Returns: For our international patrons, refunds will cover the purchase price minus customs duties, import fees, and return shipping charges. We recommend labeling your return packages clearly as “returns” to avoid any customs complications.
